My Bank Holiday Weekend...
Oh my gosh, where has August gone? It is almost the end of summer, my birthday is around the corner and I have barely had time to even think about it. So as I have been so busy and neglecting my blog (something had to give!) I thought I would share with you a quick update of what I have been up to this weekend.
Well before I start on this weekend can I just state that we have just watched to the end of season three of the Game of Thrones. Is no one safe?! Oh my gosh.
Anyway! This weekend I taught a lot of yoga... four classes. I seem to be on a roll and I am so so grateful for every opportunity which comes my way. If any of you lovely readers are in Bristol be sure to keep an eye on Jayne Becca Yoga and come along to say hi!
After teaching and a casual interview at Virgin Active (got the class by the way!) Matt and I headed up to our usual haunt of the mall to indulge in some pasta at Carluccio's. Pasta is a huge weakness of mine and after teaching and rushing around on not much fuel pasta was very much in order. Yum! I of course had to hit up a few shops afterwards. I will share my finds in a later post. And coffee... there is always coffee.
Sunday was spent teaching two yoga classes and then sleeping. Although we did get to watch the new Capitan America film which is well worth a watch!
Monday I slept in which was much needed. Let me tell you working full time starting up my yoga classes is a lot of work. Well worth it though! We then headed up to Cheltenham to pick up new bedding (I got overexcited at new bedding because well, who doesn't love new bedding?) and of course had to stop into Whole Foods for a few treats! Coconut Chai Lattes were involved. I also ran into Tracy one of my yoga teacher friends, it was great to see her if only for a few minutes. The universe has a way :)
I hope you all had a fab weekend!
I really applaud your determination to do both your full time job and Yoga. Fingers crossed for you that you get more and more classes to teach. xxx
