Today I was filming my Friday yoga flow video for you all but I wanted to share a really fun transition which we often see in yoga practice - the crow to chaturanga jump back. It might seem impossible to begin with, trust me, that's exactly what I thought when I began my yoga journey, but it's a fun one to have a play around with at home or in class.
Make sure you are warmed up before you begin and have a strong foundation in crow pose. Most of all... have fun with it!
