Estée Lauder // Complexion Perfection

I was lucky enough to be invited to an Estée Lauder event at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol on Tuesday night. The event showcased some brand new products and classic number one best sellers so I thought I would share my thoughts on three of my favourites.

Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum ~ The Clear Difference Serum is a brand new launch for Estée Lauder which targets blemish prone skin. This fast acting serum promises to reveal clearer, smoother and fresher looking skin. having earlier whipped my make up off I was keen to try this product on my combination skin, I often suffer a lot of redness so I was keen to see what it could do for me. The serum has a lightweight, creamy white, silky texture which applies beautifully and absorbs quickly leaving your skin feeling fresh and instantly smoother. It has a cooling, calming effect on the skin which I liked.

Advanced Night Repair ~ There is so much buzz around this product that I have always wanted to try it but the hefty price tag always put me off making a purchase so when I got to try it out at the event I dived right in! This is sleep in a bottle. This super serum aims to repair and purify. It has a light non-greasy formula which makes it easy to slip into any skincare routine. The product gives you a shot of hyaluronic which helps the skin to absorb and hang onto water thereby increasing hydration, a dose of antioxidants to repair and protect against daily wear and tear and it also helps to break down what is not needed helping to purify the skin.

Double Wear Foundation ~ I had tried this foundation before using little trial sized freebies but it was nice to be colour matched and to try the foundation out alongside other Estée Lauder products. I was matched to Fresco which was the perfect match. The coverage really is flawless as you can see from the photos above. It evened out the redness in my skin and thanks to the lovely illuminating primer I also used, gave me a glow. The coverage is very heavy, much heavier than I am used to using so for me this is more of an evening wear foundation but I couldn't fault the flawless look it gave.

I'd love to know what your favourite Estée Lauder products are!
