Book Review // Miracles Now
Hello and happy May Day! I just cannot believe how fast April has flown by, before you know it I'll be sat on a plane on my way to California. I cannot wait! As you will know if you are a regular reader, I am a huge Gabrielle Bernstein fan. Her books have helped me in so many ways ~ positive thinking, believing that good things are coming, the world has a plan, taking a leap of faith ~ amongst many others. I have had Miracles Now on pre-order for a while so when it dropped on my doormat I devoured it right away.
Miracles Now is a book you can pick up and put down. You can flick through the pages and read a section without having to have read the rest of the book. It's a book you can find answers in. It is also a book which you can read without having picked up on of Gabby's previous books. Many of us lead busy lives ~ I know I do ~ and often it is difficult to fit in 30 minutes of meditation a day or attend a yoga class. Gabby has put together this book of 108 techniques to combat our most common problems ~ stress, anxiety, burnout, jealously ~ everything we encounter on a daily basis. It is a very practical book and the meditations and exercises are simple yet very powerful.
One of my favourites is #37: Share your light with the world. Shine like you mean it! Look inward. Own your quirks. Make time for what you love. When I shine bright I give others permission to shine with me.
I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for answers, looking to lead a more meaningful life or simply looking to control anxiety and stress. It's perfect for your coffee table or bedside table and a book you can go back to time and time again.
You can purchase Miracles Now on Amazon for £11.69.
I love Gabby B too! Haven't got this new book yet but def want it :)
