Giveaway // Zumba Party In Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Happy Wednesday! It's always a good feeling when you get halfway through the working week right? Today I am excited to share with you a giveaway from Zumba. As you will know October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Zumba has a limited edition line of ‘Party in Pink’ apparel and accessories on sale throughout October. 

 Three years ago, Zumba Fitness joined the fight against breast cancer by launching the Party in Pink campaign. They raise money for Party in Pink through Zumbathon events (charity Zumba classes) and the sale of special-edition Party in Pink apparel. All funds raised through Party in Pink Zumbathon events and special-edition Party in Pink apparel go to the new Zumba Global Research Grant for Breast Cancer Prevention

Michelle Heaton (pictured above looking amazing!) is the ambassador for Party in Pink encouraging people to get fit by taking part in Zumbathon events and raising money for Zumba’s Global Research Grant. At the start of October Zumba Fitness embarked on a UK tour with Michelle visiting Party in Pink events in Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow. She did amazingly considering she’s nearly 5 months pregnant! Michelle’s a perfect fit for the charity, as well as being a huge fitness fan she also has a personal connection with campaign - last year she discovered she carried the BRCA-2 gene which meant she had an 80% chance of developing breast cancer. After finding this out, she took the brave decision to undergo a double mastectomy to prevent herself from breast cancer. Now she’s encouraging Zumba fans and newcomers alike to help prevent breast cancer by raising money for the Zumba Global Research Grant.
