Fitness | Tone It Up Bikini Series Week 6 Update


How gorgeous is this sunshine? I hope it lasts until the weekend so I can enjoy in properly. I have been riding tonight so making the most of the gorgeous evenings and of course running in the mornings! 

As I have been on holiday from work this week I have been able to relax and catch up on some much needed sleep. However this didn't mean I slacked on my workouts ~ oh no! I made sure to get up and still fit in my workouts everyday :) On Thursday I took the 7:15am spin class which was the best spin class I have taken so far! The instructor was really tough and pushed us hard ~ I was dripping in sweat by the end of it! Such a great way to start the day. I would love it if they had earlier classes so I could fit one in before work. 

#100bySummer is going well! I am currently 78.17/100 so getting closer. My legs have been feeling a bit tight the last couple of days so I'm not pushing things too far or fast. I think I need to invest in a foam roller and make more time for stretching properly before I set off for an early morning run. If you have any tips let me know! We did a lot of walking at the weekend as we went away to the south coast. We couldn't have asked for better weather and we had a fab time away. I will share some pictures soon!

My new dress arrive this week too. I ordered it in a UK 8 and 10 (US 4 & 6) and I was super happy that the 8 fitted perfectly! I am really feeling more comfortable in my own skin and it's honestly all down to Tone It Up :)

  1. How did you get started with TIU? Are you supposed to do multiple videos? I'm currently doing Insanity but need to bump up my workout routine to get toned. It's hard for me to eat clean all the time but I'm working on pushing my lifestyle food choices to the next level of clean. Do you like the Bikini Series? Do you just choose a random video everyday? How do you know if you're doing enough to get the results you want?

    1. Check out toneitup.com and sign up to their mailing list. They post a weekly workout schedule each Sunday so I follow that :) They have some great new videos out at the moment for Bikini Series so give some of those a go to start! I am loving the Bikini Series if you hadn't guessed!

      I know I'm doing enough to get the results that I want because I can see the difference both in the mirror and how I feel about myself. Have a look at my progress pictures on Instagram if you want to see how far I have come! If you have any other questions feel free to drop me an email!
