Fitness | Run While You Can

Spring finally seems to have arrived in the UK ~ why not get outside and enjoy it while it is here? Run, jog or walk ~ Just fit it in! I got up this morning and went for a quick 2 mile HIIT run followed by Bikini Booty from my Beach Babe DVD and Long & Lean stretching. 

Running is one of the easiest activities you can do to keep fit, all you need is a pair of trainers and some determination. So go on, get outside and run while you can!

  1. I want to go for a run but I've really hurt something on the arch of my foot so I'm resting :( Miss exercising so much!
