Do you have sunshine today? We do at the moment but it keeps coming and going as the British weather does. I am just about to bake some healthy Zesty Blueberry Muffins from the Tone It Up blog but before I do I thought that I would update you all with the workout I did this morning ~ Bikini Cardio!
I did it on Wednesday morning and it kicked my ass. Those 2 minute full throttle intervals are a killer! It really pushes you which is why I love it. So this morning I went out and kicked it's ass! I was armed with my Nike Flyknits and a new pair of running socks and just seemed to fly round. I kept on pushing to keep my time under 9 minutes per mile and even with a head wind, losing my hat once and stopping for traffic I got a personal best for the 5k ~ I am so pleased with that! I did a quick vlog video afterwards so excuse my sweaty mess in the video :)
