Fitness | Love Your Body Challenge Week Seven Update

Happy Saturday! I can't believe that we have reached the end of the Tone It Up Love Your Body challenge. I am a little sad but also so happy that I completed this challenge! I've had many ups and a few downs ~ blisters from my new running trainers were not fun ~ but I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It pushed me in many ways from cooking new meals to joining in on a spin class.

I have also gained so many friends through the Tone It Up community. There are so many amazing, strong, beautiful women around the world who are working towards the same goals. I have seen all of you grow and gain so much confidence. I hope that I have inspired you, my readers, whether you are part of the Tone It Up world or if you are working on your own fitness and healthy lifestyle goals. Let me tell you all that sweat is worth it in the end, so when you feel like you can't get out of bed or can't go on just take a deep breath, believe in yourself and keep on pushing ~ you can do this!

I thought I would share some progress pictures with you because everyone loves progress pictures right? You might have seen me post these on Instagram this morning. If not feel free to go follow me @jaynebecca for daily workout pictures and motivation! They are only iPhone photos but hopefully you can see the change. Please excuse my Eastern European winter white skin in all it's glory!
My body has slowly changed, toning up and building lean muscle ~ strong not skinny :) I dropped a dress size down to a UK 8 (US 4) as I mentioned in my week six update but have only lost 2 pounds, so don't trust the number on those scales ladies!

Most importantly I have gained so much confidence in myself. I dare to wear red lipstick now and I am full of energy from eating wholesome, clean foods. By fuelling my body with fruits, vegetables and lean protein I no longer get the energy slumps I used to get six months ago. I also believe that breaking the diet coke addiction has a lot to do with this. I'm not a fake sugar junkie anymore!

How are you doing with your fitness and healthy lifestyle goals?
