Healthy Snacking // Emily Fruit Crisps

Everyone loves a snack and without a doubt one of my guilty pleasures is tucking into crisps while watching a film on a Saturday night, honestly I am so bad I have to limited myself. But a little of what we like does us good right? Today I want to introduce you to a healthier alternative to the humble potato crisp ~ Emily Fruit Crisps

When these landed on my doorstep I couldn't wait to try them. It was mid afternoon when the postman came by so it was perfecting timing. I promptly ripped open and then devoured the Crunchy Apple Crisps. They are full of flavour and super crunchy, not to mention that the packaging is really cute. I must admit I wasn't so keen on the Banana ones, but Matt liked them.

The crisps are made in a vacuum that preserves all the good things in the fruit while still producing that 'crunch' that we all love. What I loved the most is that there are no nasty stuff in the crisps. No preservatives, no additives, no added sugar, no e numbers and they are gluten free too!

You can find Emily Fruit Crisps in Whole Foods and Selfridges.
