Hello there! Today I wanted to talk to you about a blush that needs no introduction ~ the infamous NARS Orgasm Blush ~ the perfect pink with a hint of shimmer. I'm not going to lie, I have been lusting after this for a long time but always hung back because it is a little bit on the pricey side. So when I saw that HQhair.com had a nice 15% off NARS over bank holiday weekend I just couldn't resist and treated myself to an early birthday present.
NARS describe this blush as 'a peachy pink with golden shimmer', it is warm pink with a strong golden shimmer running through it. I love a bit of shimmer myself as I feel it really helps to 'light' up my face in the right way but some people might find this a bit disco ball if you're not into shimmer. Like all NARS powders it is highly pigmented and you only need to dab your brush in the pan to get a good dose of colour, it blends and applies easily.
This is my new favourite blush and I am glad that I finally bought it. I can also see this translating well into Autumn giving my pale cheeks a lovely 'flushed' look.
