Beauty | Dove Summer Glow Gradual Tanner

As we have had such lovely weather lately I had been looking for a gradual tanner which was easy to use, didn't smell funky and gave a great colour. This is when I discovered the Dove Summer Glow Gradual Tanner. I spotted it for half price in Boots so for £2 or so I thought it was worth a try!

Gradual tanners are great to use at night as they develop over a few hours leaving a lovely subtle glow. I have to say that the Dove Summer Glow is one of the best I have used. I picked this one up in the darker shade as I wanted a deeper looking tan and it doesn't disappoint. After a couple of hours my pale legs were transformed into lovely bronzed pins! Perfect. You can also use a applicator mitt with it which means that you will get a better application but I have also applied it with my hands as well. I also like the fact that it has a pleasant smell, not fake tan like at all.

As a moisturiser it sinks into your skin pretty quickly so you are not left hopping around waiting for it to dry. It keeps your skin soft and hydrated. It also has a 'subtle shimmer' in the formula which personally I like but some people might not. It effectively means that you'll sparkle in the sunlight!

You can buy Dove Summer Glow from Boots for £2.49. Bargain!
