Motivation Monday | Tone It Up Bikini Series


Happy Monday! What better way to start off this week than with a new Tone It Up challenge? Okay so the challenge actually starts tomorrow but I am here to motivate you to join me in the 3rd Annual Tone It Up Bikini Series. This will be my first Bikini Series and I am so ready for it ~ for those of you subscribed to my YouTube Channel watch out there will be a few videos coming your way soon. For anyone who isn't subscribed feel free to do so! I will be uploading health and fitness videos so if there is anything you would like to see on there let me know :)

The Bikini Series will run for eight weeks which will be full of challenges, fun, inspiration, slimming tips and a whole lot of surprises to get ready for summer. Who doesn't want to look cute in a bikini right? Why not use this challenge as a way to ramp up your fitness routine or start a fitness routine, make positive changes to your lifestyle and step out of your comfort zone. 

Right now is the time to up that workout routine ladies. It's right before summer and it's the perfect time to motivate yourself to tone up before we start wearing shorts, tank tops and bikinis. If you are in a workout slump let these next eight weeks be the start of that change. Focus on how much better you will feel. Trust me, it works! In true Tone It Up girl style I am currently prepping Protein Pancakes for breakfast and writing up this post. Preparing for success!

  1. I have been so psyched for the Bikini Series this year!! This will technically be my second bikini series, but last year I was just discovering TIU, so I felt like I didn't give it my all. I'm looking forward to your new youtube videos! I would love to see your abs routine and maybe what you eat on a typical day.

  2. Lovely post! With some nice motivation.. Have been following the TIU girls for a really long time, and I'll definitely try the Bikini Series this year. Couldn't participate last time, so I'm really looking forward to this :)

    I've recently started a healthy eating diet and zumba to drop a few pounds for summer.
    What kind of things do you find food wise help you with weight loss/toning etc?

    1. Thank you! Sorry for being a tad late in answering your question. I will write a whole post on my meals and meal plan soon ~ the key is really just to eat clean and raw. I love fresh fruits and juices, fish and chicken with veggies x
