Spring is Coming!

Spring is coming! Spring is only 26 days away! That's less than a month. I cannot wait for warmer days, light evenings, shorts, cute tank tops and flip flops :) I could live in flip flops so I love the warm weather when I can wear them all the time. When the weather is colder it is sometimes difficult to keep ourselves motivated so here are a few things I find that motivate me to keep on going ~ after all summer bodies are earned in the winter!

  • Planning my summer holiday ~ nothing keeps me motivated more than thinking about looking good in that bikini on the beach!
  • My Hollister shorts ~ as you may know, I am obessed with Hollister. I think it is the So Cal image they portray which hooks me in. I love wearing their booty skimming shorts in the summer, they are as short as shorts can get so I remind myself of how good I will feel in them in the summer. More squats?!
  • Pinterest ~ If I see a motivational image I will pin it on my board. I use Pinterest as a Vision Board, which is basically a board where you pin ideas and motivation to keep you going towards your goals. 
  • A happy, healthy lifestyle ~ Exercising and eating clean keeps me happy and centred. I don't get the energy slumps I used to get and my mood is level and upbeat. No pesky mood swings! 
  • Cute workout gear ~ If I feel good in what I wear I will want to wear it more and workout!
  • Challenge yourself ~ Getting bored of your workout routine? Mix it up! This can be as simple as making yourself a new workout playlist or taking a new class ~ try spin, I love it!
