Skincare | Korres Thyme Honey 24-Hour Moisturising Cream

I found this little bargain in TK Maxx just before Christmas discounted from £19.00 to £7 ~ I do love a good deal! I was looking for a good moisturiser which would help with my dry skin but I have to be careful because anything too rich and my skin breaks out. Although this moisturiser is formulated for normal/ dry skin I have found that it works wonders on my combination skin. So it just goes to show you, don't necessarily believe what it says on the packaging, see how your skin behaves with a product first. After all, everyone is different!

The cream is of medium thickness and comes packaged in a lovely heavy glass jar. The cream itself smells of honey which personally I really like. It is quite a noticeable smell but it is very natural and doesn't linger once you have applied the cream to your skin. I have been using this as a night cream for the past two months and I have barely made a dent in the jar. A little goes a long way. The cream sinks into your skin and is absorbed easily. When I first started to use it I noticed that my skin appeared brighter and plumper. Of course this might also have been to do with the fact that I started using it over Christmas when I was at my parents house and getting plenty of sleep! However, I do really like this cream, it gives my skin the moisture it needs without causing breakouts or clogged pores. The one thing I would say is that as this moisturiser has no SPF I would use it as a night cream only unless you are using an additional SPF either separate or contained in your foundation.

I am loving Korres products at the moment from the natural ingredients to the cute packaging. I have just treated myself to the Jasmine Lip Butter and finished up my Jasmine Showergel ~ I am going Korres mad! If you have tried any Korres products you think I might like let me know!

You can purchase Korres Thyme Honey 24-Hour Moisturising Cream for £19.00 or have a hunt around your local TK Maxx.

  4. I got this ages ago at TK Maxx too and ran out of my night moisturiser so giving this a go. The only thing is I cant find it online anywhere - or any reviews, which is how I stumbled across this one. Was thinking of doing a review in a couple weeks or so, if you've seen anywhere else you can buy this from that would be great!
I'm not too keen on the scent myself!

  5. Hi, thank you for the review :) I am on the hunt for a good moisturiser for my dry/sensitive skin that would not break my cheeks out. I just got a sample of this one and the rose one. I havent decided which one to use first, but your review gives me hope that this will work. Great pictures too, keep up the good work!
