October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the beauty industry have once again got behind the Pink Ribbon campaign. One in nine women in the UK will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime and early detection is key in the fight against this disease. So throughout October you can show your support to those that have been affected and spread awareness in everything that you do -- including indulging in a beauty purchase or two!
GHD Pink Styler Set £110.00 | Who doesn't need a pair of GHDs?! You will already know what these do, simply the best hair straighteners on the market. This pink cherry blossom design is limited edition and for every set sold £10 is donated to Breakthrough Breast Cancer -- great hair for a great cause!
Bobbi Brown Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Peony Collection £35.00 | I will be honest - Bobbi Brown is not generally a make up brand that I go for but I cannot resist this set. This is a limited edition Illuminating Bronzing Powder in Pink Peony -- a blend of sheer powder and micro pearls to give your skin a natural glow. As a bonus you also get an adorable pink handled brush to use with it and show your support.
Nails Inc Pinkie Pink Nail Polish £11.00 | Nails Inc are running a 'Paint Your Pinky Pink' campaign this month which is designed to raise the awareness of Breast Cancer. This polish is a gorgeous glittery pink -- perfect for painting your nails and supporting the campaign.
Jo Malone Red Roses Cologne £76.00 | Jo Malone will be donating £5 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation for every Red Roses Cologne sold -- a great excuse to indulge in a little luxury! This iconic fragrance is a blend of seven of the world's most exquisite roses. If you love everything rose scented like I do then you are bound to love this too!
What are you doing to raise awareness for breast cancer this month?

Great post, I haven't actually got any beauty/hair products yet been buying plenty of the cupcakes and stationary. I always support this cause as my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer so it's something close to my heart.
ReplyDeleteThe Bobbi Brown set looks really cute, might see if my local counter has got this in stock :)

DeleteGreat post for a great cause. It just seems a shame that some of these companies don't donate more, especially when Mac donates 100% from some of their lipsticks to their charity. I love the Nails Inc polish, so pretty <3 x
