February Favourites

It's February Favourites time! As much as I love Valentines Day I am really glad that it is March and Spring is just around the corner. The mornings are getting lighter which means I can run in the daylight before work and the temperatures are slowly warming up. I was browsing (not shopping!) in the Hollister store on Saturday and got over excited at the jean shorts and cute white tank tops! I can't wait for the warmer weather. So this month I have rediscovered a few old favourites and discovered a few new ones...

Rimmel Apocalips ~ I love these, especially Celestial which is the perfect everyday pink for me. I think the formula is great and they have decent staying power. They are great for a pop of colour and I think these will transition well into spring. You can read my full review here

Victor & Rolf Flowerbomb ~ This has been my most reached for fragrance this month. A lovely floral scent it reminds me of summer, which I think is why I have been drawn to it lately. I love that you only need one spray for it to last all day. This may sound a little silly but I like it when you have a fragrance on your scarf and you get wafts of it through the work day ~ it really helps to lift my spirits. It is funny what fragrance can do! You can read my full review here.

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm ~ This is just a sample size which my Grandma gave to me but she knows that this is one of my holy grail products of all time. I have used it since I was about 17 years old and it is a must have for me. I love that it is in-between a moisturiser and a primer so you can wear it alone or under make up. It works to brighten your skin and really helps to wake it up in the mornings. When I use this I find that my foundation sits better and my skin looks much brighter throughout the day.

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette ~ I have found that since I bought this I have worn nothing else on my eyes. I love the matte neutral shades and the way they all work together. It is the perfect palette for travelling and an everyday eye. You can read my full review here.

Orly Rage & OPI You Callin' Me A Lyre? ~ I have been wearing Rage on my toes. It is a beautiful rose gold shade and it was the perfect colour to paint my toes one day when I was feeling a bit down. I love rose gold and this one of the best rose gold polishes I have found. I know it sounds daft but I like that the bottle is small :) On my nails I have been loving a nice pale pink and this for me is one of the best. I love the formula of OPI polishes and although they are expensive they are worth the price tag. I have written a full review of two of the New York Ballet collection here

Sukin Hydrating Mist Toner ~ I have been enjoying using all the Sukin products I was sent in my Australian Beauty Box but this is my favourite. It is smoothing and refreshes your skin at the same time, I use it morning and night to wake up my skin. At this time of the year my skin has a tendency to be on the dry side so this is perfect for when I step out the shower and my skin feels a little 'tight' ~ it instantly hydrates my skin.

Boots Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash ~ I picked this up because not only did I need a new body wash but I had seen Kayleigh raving about how lovely this smelt and boy is she right! This stuff is amazing. It smells of brown sugar and citrus which is the perfect wake up call in the morning. The formula is much the same of 'Clean On Me' which I love. It is very moisturising and lathers up perfectly. I cannot get enough of the smell!

So these are my favourites this month ~ what are yours?
