Fitness | Week Two of the Tone It Up Holiday Hottie Series

Today is the last day of the Tone It Up Holiday Hottie series. My last seven days have been good ones, I am feeling stronger and more toned! These last two weeks have been really fun, I love waking up early for my workout and seeing what K&K have in store for me. Above are some pictures of my 'check ins' from this week, I had a good run this morning although my legs felt tired I pushed through and felt great at the end. I used to find getting up early to workout difficult and sometimes all I want to do is stay in bed but once you push yourself to get up you feel great. You'll never regret a workout!

I am pleased that I have kept up with my workouts. I certainly feel more confident in myself and walk with my head held high! All I need to do now is keep it up and maintain what I have achieved. I hope that my posts have inspired at least one person to get up off the sofa and do some exercise. I really do believe exercise helps with happiness and confidence. It makes your skin glow!

Our last challenge on the Holiday Hottie series is to write down Five Good Things that is five things that make you smile and what you can be grateful for so here are mine:
  • My boyfriend Matt - my biggest fan, my best friend and my soul mate. He makes me smile when I'm having a bad day and always supports me no matter what!
  • My family - for always being there.
  • My health - I am grateful for being strong, fit and healthy. I always try to make the most of what I have.
  • My house - I love my little house and having a place to call my own.
  • All my readers of my blog - thank YOU for reading what I write :)
I am spending the rest of my Sunday blogging posts for next week, making healthy (yes healthy!) chocolate cake, watching the American Grand Prix and best of all - going to see Breaking Dawn - Part Two! I cannot wait.

How are you spending your Sunday? Are you Team Jacob or Team Edward? I'm Team Edward!

  1. Look at you Jayne - actually smiling whilst in plank position - I can only do half-plank and always with a grimace! Seriously though I completely agree on the exercise front - just keeps everything, endorphins and all, ticking over - I feel so much worse if I miss out on it! Well done - looking forward to chocolate cake on the blog! xx
