The main ingredient for these cookies are bananas which are full of fibre, potassium and vitamin B6 -- so you can be healthy and have a treat!
Ingredients:
- 2 Medium Ripe Bananas
- 1 Cup of Oats
- 1 Scoop of Perfect Fit Protein Powder or another brown rice based protein powder or you can skip this if you don't have any
Method:
Mash your bananas with a fork until soft and mushy. Add the scoop of Perfect Fit and mix well. Finally mix in the oats. You might need to add a little milk or water to get the right consistency depending on how ripe your bananas are.
Using a spoon drop the dough onto a non-stick baking tray and flatten them. They won't spread like regular cookies!
Bake at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
You can add pretty much whatever you like to this recipe - I added a few dark chocolate chips! But you could also add raisins, cranberries or nuts - whatever you like really!
