Metique Tea Tree Oil £7.14*

This little bottle of Metique Tea Tree Oil is a miracle worker when it comes to spots and breakouts. My skin is pretty clear on the whole but from time to time I get the odd breakout on my face or chest area. You know that horrible feeling of pressure underneath your skin when a spot is forming? The key with dealing with breakouts is to tackle them early! If I feel a spot forming underneath the skin, I zap it before it can emerge, by dabbing a small amount of tea tree oil to the area. I usually use it as part of my evening skincare routine so that it can work it's magic overnight. This works better for me than any other blemish remedy I have tried and best of all it is a natural product.

So why is tea tree oil so good for your skin?

  • It is a natural antiseptic which can cure bacterial and fungal infections
  • A natural germicide which can help prevent and treat infection
  • Works well on oily skin
  • Suitable for sensitive skin without irritation
  • A natural anti-inflammatory

The Metique Tea Tree Oil is a blended oil with the added benefits of vitamin E, vitamin C, aloe vera and grape seed procyanidins. So you can use it straight onto your skin without diluting it. I have also been using this product on my blackhead prone areas and I have found that it helps to keep them at bay. Tea tree oil is a great little weapon that you can use on a multitude of skin problems - not just breakouts. You can use it to treat insect bites, stings, scratches, blemishes and grazes as a natural healing aid -- a wonderful all-rounder product which is handy to have at hand. Next time I get a nasty horse fly bite I am hoping that this will help soothe it -- without my leg becoming twice it's original size!

You can purchase Metique Tea Tree Oil for £7.14 for 25ml online.

    1. Tea tree works wonders but is sometimes forgotten! Such a cheap & easy way to treat breakouts :)

  2. I really like the sound of this! Ive been finding recently that my current spot gel has not just been drying out the spot, but also the skin around it, making it a nightmare to conceal! I wonder if something more natural might not do this, I'll definitely think about buying something like this in the future. Great post! xx

    1. That is a nightmare! I hate it when the skin goes dry & flakey around the area. It hasn't happened with the Metique Tea Tree as it isn't harsh on the skin x
